Open Skips

Ridgeway Standard Duty Open Skips are constructed from 4mm base with 3mm sides & ends. The skips are reinforced with 76mm x 38mm RSC rails and are fitted with internal corner gussets. The lifting lugs pass through the RSC and are fully welded to an internal strengthening plate.

Ridgeway Heavy Duty Open Skips are manufactured in the same way as the Standard duty. The bases can be up rated to 5 or 6mm thick and the sides & ends from 4 or 5mm mild steel plate. In addition the RSC is up rated to 100mm x 50mm. Internal bracing can also be added to the base & up slopes.
