Over a period of months several site visits were undertaken to determine the volume and type of the waste and the nature of the environment in which they would be moved. The result of these visits determined that the recycler would require a total of 30 tipping bins of differing dimensions and colours.
The bins were ordered in and delivered in June 2010. As the plant moved into production the customer requested a number of modifications. To minimize both the downtime and cost a fabrication team was sent by Ridgeway to work on site to carry out the changes.
Now in full production, further tipping bins are being ordered on a monthly basis to handle the increased volumes.
Result: a close relationship with the customer and a commitment to customer care enabling the client to receive a product specific to their needs.
